Please take the time out here to read this letter I composed about leadership. It is not that long, and I hope it will help us all to recognize the leadership in ABC Ministry Room. It might take ten minutes of your time. Thank you, Prophet 2000......
Our attitudes toward any one given person, will tremendously, affect our
relationship, with that person. Our attitude, toward God, will tremendously
affect our relationship, with Him. And you know what else, Our attitude, toward
satan, will affect our response to his wilely, little, tricks. Our attitudes
toward the leadership in our churches, or in a powwow room, and other
ministries. What type of attitude does the Bible say we should have, towards,
all of our brothers and sisters, in the Lord? Mind you, I said, IN THE LORD.
John 13, verse 35, says, "By this, all will know that you are My disciples,
if you have love for one another." John 15, verse 17, says, "These things I
command you, that you love one another." Can I ask you all a question here, for
you to think about? Does the Bible say, "When we all agree on every little
doctrine, then we should love each other?" Does the Bible say, "When they do the
things you like, and the things you do, then you should love your brothers and
sisters in the Lord?
No, a thousand times, no. The attitude we carry around,
for other Christians, and their doctrines, and powwow rooms, always, determines
how we treat them and see them. Once again I would like to say, IN THE
LORD.
How about the leadership in the church, or in a ministry room, Not
your church per-say, or the room you visit, but leadership in the church, as a
whole. There is a proper attitude we are to have, towards those in higher
positions than, me, you, us, or , we. There is always, no matter where we are on
the ladder of life, someone with authority, over you. And, The Bible makes it
very clear, what type of attitude we are to have for them.
Here are a few of
the people, God put here on this earth, to have some sort of authority over you.
Ephesians 4, verse 11, "And He, (God), Himself, gave some to be apostles, some
prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors, and teachers." These folks, are
hand picked by God, for a very special mission here on this earth. Verse 12, for
the equipping of the saints, for the work of ministy, for the edifying of the
body of Christ, verse 13, till we all come to the unity, of the faith, and of
the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, (or woman), to the measure or
the stature, of the fullness of Christ.
Now mind ya, these people were not
picked of God to Lord it over you. You are not to be their slaves. They are not
to rule and reign over you in all walks of life. In fact, they are to be the
servants, not you. They all are put here, to help and equip you.
Verse 14,
"that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with
every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning, craftiness of
deceitful plotting, verse 15, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in
all things, into Him, who is the head, Christ.
Now, before anyone gets a
wild hair, I know that the five fold ministry people are not perfect. I have
been around in the ministry, for about 23 years now. And believe me, I would
think that I have seen it all. Yea yea, sure, then someone will do something
even more bazzar. Wow, the things man can concoct. Some times I wonder if God
just thinks we are all nuts.
1 Chronicles 16, verse22, " Do Not Touch My
Anointed Ones, and do My prophets no harm." And again in Psalms 105, verse 15,
"Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm." Now, I believe I
have established, who the anointed ones, God is speaking about here, are. It is
time we develop the right attitude toward those, whom God has set in positions
of authority, and responsibilty. We may not understand, or agree with
everything they say, or do, but, we do need to learn to keep our mouths shut
about it.
Do you remember what the Lord said? He said, Do not touch my
anointed ones, and do no harm to My prophets". Any time we talk, spitefully,
about God's ministery gifts, we are "touching" them, and doing them harm.
Sometimes, we think that we are justified to do what we do, because, we know
that the man, or woman, of God is wrong. But, as the old saying goes, "Two
wrongs, don't make a right." For us to take matters into our hands, and to
execute judgement, in God's place, is doubly wrong. We must respect that
authority, that calling, that position, that office, even if the person is
wrong. Because, when we fight against God's anointed, we are fighting against
the Lord's gifts to His Church, and against the Lord, Himself.
In todays
world, we have a great advantage. If we are watching on t v, or listening to
someone on the radio, all we have to do is turn a little knob, or push a little
button. You do not, I will say that again, You do not have to listen to, or
watch, or go to hear, anyone you disagree with.
Here is where the big
caution flag of God comes in. Listen very closely. Just because you don't agree
with what someone is saying or teaching, >>>>>>Doesn't mean
for one second, that you are right. Did you ever stop to think for a minute,
that maybe, you are wrong, and they are right? OUCH.
The only religions I
personally will come against are those who do not teach that, "Jesus is the way,
the truth, and the life. No man can come to the Father except by Jesus." If they
do not teach a person that they need to be born-again, then they are not from
God. They are actually, turning people away from God. They are giving them a
false assurance, that they have God in their lives, -- and if they die, they
will spend eternity in hell.
If we are a part of a fellowship, ministry,
church, or powwow room, with which, we cannot agree, then we ought to ask
ourselves, whether it was God, who placed us there, or whether it was our own
decision. If we know that God has led us to the church, or fellowship, then we
can receive the minister, as a gift from God, and take on the attitude of being
a blessing, and not "rocking the boat." There are too many believers in churches
and ministry rooms causing problems, because they're in the wrong place.
If
you cannot receive your leader, as being from God, then you are obviously in the
wrong place. You need to get out now, before you cause more harm, because, if
you feel your leader is wrong, then sooner or later, you will begin to
criticize, find fault, lay blame, ridicule, and stir up strife. Eventually, you
will gather a little clique around you of others who agree with you, against the
leader. But, if that leadership is of God, then it will become evident, that God
is displeased with your behavior.
There is a spiritual authority that
accompanies every spiritual office. There is also an anointing, placed by God
that accompanies the office itself, and will rest upon the person who fills that
office,
whoever, he or she, might be. When you are where God wants you to
be, and you receive your spiritual leader as being from God, then you are in a
position to begin to truly benefit, from the authority and anointing, upon that
office, and person.
But, if you are in the wrong place, where people do not
respect their leader, or especially, if you are in the wrong, because you do not
respect your leader, then you have stepped out from under the authority, and
anointing that God has placed upon the person who fills that position of
leadership. As a result, you won't benefit from being where you are, no matter
how hard you work, or how much you pray, or give.
1 Thessalonians, verses 12
thru 13, "Now also we beseech you, brethern, get to know those who labor among
you, recognize them for what they are, acknowledge, and appreciate, and respect
them all, your leaders who are over you in the Lord, and those who warn and
kindly, reprove, and exort you. And hold them in very high, and most
affectionate, esteem in (intelligent and sympathetic),
appreciation of their
work. Be at peace among yourselves.
Let me tell you a little secret, God did
not send you to where ever you are, (in a church setting, or a ministry room, to
change that church, or room. That is a very arrogant thought. God is a big
enough God, to do what He needs done. He was doing fine before you ever were
born, and He will do fine, after you are dead. Now, He may have called you to
that church to pray for them, or to help them physically, But, when it comes to
changing the church, or powwow room, as in the way they preach, teach, worship,
I don't think so. That is not your business, it is God's. Back off.
I have
used the words, powwow room, many times here. When you are in a powwow room,
there is someone in charge. And in the case of ABC Ministry Room, That happens
to be Jaycie. If you want to be in charge of a room, go start one of your own.
It is very important that we, who come to the room, ABC, respect the authority
that has been placed apon Jaycie. If there is such a big problem between you and
the one that has been put in authority, then speak with the one in charge. If
you can not come into some type of agreement, then it is very evident that you
must go looking some where else.
Also, I would like to say, If you go
somewhere else and back bite or cause strife about the room you left, then you
are the one that is wrong, even if you are right. You have stepped into sin.
Thank you for taking the time out to read this letter about authority, Yours
truly, and a Brother in Christ, Prophet 2000. You can find me on ABC Ministry.

Here at Abc Ministries, we know that the King James Translation is
a good and viable translation. But, when on filetopia, Mirc, or Powwow, in an
Abc room, or, in an Abc working capacity, we would ask if all would find a more
modern translation to use. (The New King James version is a very good one, and
it stays much closer to the regular King James, but it does not use old english,
check this translation out and see if it will work for you .)
The reason for this: so newbies and those that absolutly can not understand old
english, can come and be feed the Word and enjoy fellowship. If everyone would
do this, we, here at Abc Ministries, would greatly appreciate it. Thank you all
for being so understanding, and may God bless you for being a good steward of
His love, towards others.
